What A Difference A Week Makes
Last Thursday we snorkeled and took a dinner cruise. It was a lovely sunny 80 degrees and the whales were out. Today we were much more bundled up, although that didn’t stop the Boo Belly from making an appearance.
So….see anything funny about the window in the background? Um….yeah.
Seriously!?!?!? The drift outside the garage door is even worse. Watching Brandi charge out towards the fence then stop dead when she went knee deep into the drift was pretty funny.
David and family were supposed to come this evening but they chose discretion and stayed home. Hell, they closed the interstates in and around Oklahoma City it was so slick and nasty. So half the white chili and half the split pea soup are in the freezer, I frittered away the afternoon (worked this morning and slid home), and just got up from an almost two hour nap with the cat. I’m going to knit for a while, then I’m going back to sleep for another nice warm sleep.
