Knit Addict

Finally.  I’m just way too easily distracted.

The knitting was finished a few days ago, but we’ve had a very sick Squeek on our hands so I haven’t been doing anything but trying to comfort her - and myself - until yesterday.  She’s got a long way to go yet, but she seems to have turned a corner and is hopefully on the road to recovery.  The bigs?  Yeah, they’re fine.

She was launching from a sit to go chase her toy.  And who’d ever guess this one doesn’t have a whole hip joint?

We had a fabulous time at retreat, I just haven’t said anything about it.  The project this time is a K1B (that’s knit one below, not back) scarf.  If I do another I’ll put an I-cord edging on it instead of garter, but it’s cute.

Jim is actually going to get it.  I also won a contest and the prize was an awesome little bag.

Two really cool things about it.  One, it’s totally reversible.

And the other?  Made by our very own Jennifer.  Pretty cool.
